Being able to program is not that uncommon a skill anymore. Just as you might expect customers to have a certain degree of literacy and numeracy, you can expect a growing number of them to be able to program.

Surely its because they have a strong cycling culture that cycling is not seen as something extraordinary that requires special safety equipment. It makes about as much sense as a walking helmet.

So did I. The viewing browser now displays the screen as it was at the time I killed the process. I guess it hasn't told that the session has ended.

Sounds like Envato is a good marketplace to be in. The GPL hasn't been much of an obstacle to selling themes and plugins. I'd like to know more about how that works.

And on the other side of the coin, why not release it as open source? I would be interested to know if they'd considered that. It works very well for Redhat.

I don't have any hard data, only my own experience, but I think some customers prefer PayPal. I added it as a payment option to one site and they now get approximately 30% of their payments through PayPal.

Well maybe. But at least I can run sites with low contrast through Readability. No such luck with this Heath Robinson powerpoint-a-like they've built.

I don't think iTunes is that simple to use. It's very easy to make a mistake and lose all your contacts. I know two people that happened to, and to be honest I cross my fingers and hope when I upgrade my iPhone. Dropbox is very easy to unde

No I'm afraid I haven't read either of those books. On a more general level I recommend reading Bad Science and Trick or Treatment. They'll equip you with the tools to form your own opinion on health issues.
