What we need is a javascript library that slowly lightens the text over time :P Starts off black and moves to lighter shades the longer you're reading the page. I'm only kidding, but it would be sorta interesting.

That is typically how "shadow banning" on reddit works. You have no idea you've been banned, and everything appears to work as normal.
