I wonder, are some programming languages more suitable for AI coding agents (or, rather LLMs) than the others? For example, are heavy on syntax languages at disadvantage? Is being verbose a good thing or a bad thing? P.S. Maybe we will fina

Exactly! This is just a prerequisite step before shipping it to a warp drive factory. Or, some similar sci-fi in my mind right now. I agree, news like this make me optimistic too!

To be fair, I think the most value is added by Agent modes, not autocomplete. And I agree that AI-autocomplete is really quite annoying, personally I disable it too. But coding agents can indeed save some time writing well-defined code and

Isn't the original Breakout copyrighted? There seems to be many clones of the game, and also in large platforms like Steam, I wonder how that works. (Not buzzkilling anything, just genuinely curious.)

Nice idea, quite a novel to represent a dictionary. Somehow it breaks on words "Monday", "January" and "Italy", for example - doesn't show any of the translations.

Indeed! This is an age-old method, this is what a dandy horse is for! In France, and surely many other places, you see the kids of young age on dandy horses ("draisiennes") coming to and from the school supervised by their parents

In the past I have been training in a coding "bootcamp" for a while. I insisted that people new to coding use a plain text editor, like Notepad on Windows, no syntax highlighting, no autocomplete, nothing, and a command line to li
