Multi-line mode should be fixed. Now the whole intercepting tab thing is actually useful.

Thanks for the feedback. First time really using Docco, and now I feel crazy for not using it before. 1. Good catch! I recently did a complete refactor as part of the docco-ification. Thought I caught everything but apparently not. I'll fix

Author here. I'm more a designer than a coder, so pardon any bugs or other issues. Criticism and suggestions for improvement are more than welcome.

Good point. I've been trying to avoid being obnoxious about it, but for this it's probably better to err on the side of that than too subtle.

Well unless you are mentally disabled, remembering that command (and a couple of thousand others) is trivial. It's hardly trivial. People think and remember in different ways, even those who aren't mentally challenged. Personally, I alway

They have to do their homework, ask around, and make the best possible guess. And more importantly, focus on the more general skills than the specific framework. If someone is getting started in a vacuum, they're doing it wrong.

Circles aren't private groups, though. They're asymmetric. I don't have to know what circles other people have put me in. My circles are for me, not for the people I've added to them. I get Garry's point, but I think he is also overthinking

Too complicated. Circles are damn simple, just tags with a visual wrapper. It's important that they are. I think a lot of people are over thinking what Circles are or should be. It's probably because they're so centric to the product. But t

The way I read it, the author was explaining his expectation that Facebook would beat Google to implementing that model. This then emphasizes his misunderstanding of the point of that quote about building it before others. Even when agile a

There aren't if used correctly. The SO questioner has a misunderstanding of how the history API and the hashbang scheme are supposed to work.

Same. I think in my case it's from playing first-person-shooters. With my right hand on the mouse, the left-shift key is the only option. PS I feel compelled to go on record and say I'm very disappointed the 'For Science' badge is an image.

My guess is they're embracing their role as the antagonist, and trying to milk it for all the attention they can get. Sounds not unlike what Trump pulled recently. …Or they're just delusional.

It's horribly confusing on a larger screen, too. There's no hierarchy or distinction between ad, meta-info, and actual content.

Momentary stupidity on my part. I told it to cache the expire time instead of the actual value. Oops. Go figure, it was the one time I think "Eh, this is a small change. I don't need to go to a testing version first."

That bit of "flair" was added almost on a whim. I'm glad I did add it. I think that helped the experiment get the attention it did, especially when it got onto Reddit. It's funny how a simple factor can (probably) have such a big impact. Al

I just updated the results page with a breakdown per-interface. There are more metrics involved, but it'll be a little while before those get pulled together. (The volume of data was unexpected, to say the least, so there weren't any stats

Thanks for submitting! The number of responses is vastly more than I expected, pushing 100k uniques now. AppEngine has handled it wonderfully. It blew past the free quota, so I did have to enable billing. But, it's still only pennies so far
