individualism (...) was marketed uppon us Maybe but I tend to favor materialistic explanations before anything 'concerted'. So I'd say individualism was always here but blossomed fully when abundance came.

I like it but frankly don't get a solid 'revelation' out of it. Hypnotic, that's about it (for me).

This greying-out voting system is unfortunate. It just impedes reading and looks bad. Please HN remove it already.

I only have a dumb phone and I also often leave it at home. I don't get smart phones.. Why carry an addictive computer on yourself ?

I agree. It may well speed up convergence to the 'ideal' inner vision we have from a prompt. But maybe the feedback will make marginal defects/artefacts worse. (Which could be manually corrected before re-entering this loop).

from https://github.com/elliotgoodrich/SSO-23/blob/master/README.... MSVC 32 GCC 32 Clang 24 SDS is not typesafe, no SSO, no slices.

You'd help me by explaining those cases. I'm not connected to the 'industry'. Also some major impl are 24 or even 32 bytes. With a generous SSO you catch a lot of strings w/o overhead.

> then what's the point? There's no point. Moreover, passing the length separately is annoying and error-prone. You can have both your models in a single type. That's what my buffer lib achieves : SSO + slicing. h

I fear I agree with you. Grossly, south korean couples each makes 1 child. So its population is going 1/2. To correct that and return to previous level, every couple formed among those children would have to bear 4 children. I think

Holly.. you made me understand why vertical anti-trust is a thing. (I'm slow..). A single company, google, gives a photo-service for free, while making enormous bread through ads. On its own the free service would be dead on arrival bu

Moral question: Such tool will be used to generate lewd imagery involving virtual minors. No way to prevent it upstream by outlawing feeding it real content (whose possession already is illegal). Suffice to add 'childrenize' lay

A friend of mine joined the top french Maths school when we were in our twenties. I remember him in high school making small gestures with his fingers while solving problems. (He would also breathe heavily through his nose).

IMO that's an okay tradeoff and more effective than to only weaken a generalisation with additional statements afterwards. What do you think? I think you're right. I shouldn't write when angry. My point still stands,

I live here and am very angry. At the blue cloudless sky, at the once powerful river turned to a stream and consequently at many people's life style. As I write this, millions of cars are criss-crossing France to spend a few days here,

Would you object to MIT now and GPL/dual later when mature ? Though I suppose the license doesn't count when people are just trying the lib (which they seemingly don't..)

No prob with size_t and char* I think. They'll nicely solidify to 4 bytes on 32-bit platforms. I'd need to test for maximum though in size_t .len case. GPL : Not really. Maybe LGPL would do. I want the lib to promote open source

About the proposed clues in the sub-thread : - cookies are temporary. Even 'ever-cookies' wouldn't have survived brower upgrades. - email, tel : the parent insists having had privacy opsec so reusing those over time would not

That's chilling.. The only long-going thread of attribution would rely on stylometry - a good fit for ML though..
