Makes sense. The only parts of your car eroding so quickly that it needs to be replaced ~10 times over it’s lifetime are the tires

Do other Chromium browsers (Chromium, Brave, Edge, etc) have this same problem, and does this solution apply to them?

I still appreciate having a 'library' unlike the author, but I remain absolutely gobsmacked at how Apple buries the switch that toggles between searching Apple Music and my library. On mobile, the toggle is always right next to th

> My daughter is 5 - I don’t want her dialing 911. Well… hmm. I taught my daughter how and when to do that by that age. You never know. That could end up saving a life. She knows not to do it frivolously. This does not seem too advanced

regarding 'copyright infringement,' you gotta love it when people get aggressive about IP without knowing what they are talking about; the relevant law would be trademark, not copyright

I’m another long-time catch-all email address user. 1. That is how I knew that Dropbox had been hacked; I had a couple temp/throwaway Dropbox accounts and the otherwise-unused email addresses associated with them started getting lots o

Yes, this is famously true, with SF's cost of living (especially but not only housing) being some of the very highest in the nation. Getting out of California helps even more.

"you’re wrong"? -- I didn't make any assertions. But thanks for contributing some actual information; that is exactly what I was suggesting should be the minimum bar to contribute to such a conversation.

Annoying this uses the word "bugs," which is commonly used to mean insects; the article actually discusses only "microbes" and "bacteria." These can be called bugs colloquially, but why not just use the word &q

You won't have to pay for FSD again. Stop talking nonsense. And what do you mean, 'upgrade your car'? Specifically? I am not aware of any actions that remove a previously paid FSD entitlement from a Tesla.

That’s not true. FSD, the purchase, does transfer with the vehicle when sold. (During beta, sure, the new owner will have to enroll, but the FSD purchase is part of the vehicle's resale value now)
