User Mode Linux is fresh in my mind due to a recent HN post on it – wouldn't it be easier to fuzz the kernel as an user-mode program instead of futzing around with a `/dev/afl` device?

How about JSONL (JSON Lines)? http://jsonlines.org/ Ps. Thanks for (all the) fish, it's my daily driver shell and keeps me that much more sane c.f. the alternatives.

I think AVI is being used because it's apparently _very_ easy to write a valid AVI file without extra libraries: https://github.com/svn2github/dosbox/blob/acd380bcde72db74f3...

I'd suggest just installing `gawk` from Homebrew and using it instead of having to guess which sort of crippled `awk` you're lucky to be using. The same thing stands for GNU coreutils (`brew install coreutils`); here's macOS

I'm also occasionally using Docker t generate build artifacts (so +1 for that) - how do you pull the built blob out of the image? I've used `docker exec` plus `docker cp`, but it feels a little clunky.

The PyCharm IDE has extra support for Django to enable some additional type inference, and it works like an absolute (pun intended) charm. Beyond that, the Django core isn't type-annotated yet likely because of Python version support,

I find kind of disingenuous that the page does not mention PICO-8 at all, which is the obvious inspiration for this project, starting from the name. Many people who are in the scene, as it were, do know PICO-8 and know to draw the parallel
