Anyone know of some high-quality (meaning: good reporting, high signal-to-noise ratio), live, textual ("SFW") commentary stream covering the event? (blog? twitter? reddit? some IT news agency?)

I also sometimes find :Gstatus useful when resolving merges/rebases/cherry-picks. Makes it easier and faster to iterate through the affected files.

As to 'continue', starting with Lua 5.2 you can actually simulate it perfectly with a goto continue and then a ::continue:: slapped immediately before the relevant loop's end. Surprisingly, it's not affecte

Regarding "a UNIX experience today", I'd think some *BSD system maybe? I.e. FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD, or similar.

AFAIK, Nix even has a testing framework, where you can start a VM and simulate various actions inside it. All described by a single Nix script. I haven't explored it myself yet, but I understand it's used for unit-testing various
