Thank you very much for pointing this out! Fortunately I still have the code locally. I'll try to raise another PR to get 6303 support into Ghidra.

I've spent a lot of time reverse-engineering vintage synthesizer firmware (which is a bit simpler than modern games). I did complete end-to-end annotations of these two vintage synth ROMs: - https://github.com/ajxs/

I've never worked in aerospace, however I'm interested in safety-critical software engineering, and I've written a lot of Ada (and written about my experiences with it too). My understanding is that yes you can write safety

I did see this article when I was researching, but it's incorrect. You can find references to the HD44780 in earlier catalogs. The earliest reference I can find is 1981: https://archive.org/details/Hitachi-DotMarix

It's really fortunate that the history of the 555 timer is really well documented. Its inventor, Hans Camenzind, wrote several books, and even had a Youtube channel in his later years[1]. It's a shame that so many iconic chips tha

One disadvantage that I don't think I've seen anyone mention so far: You need to use an in-band value to represent the absence of a node. That may or may not be a problem for your particular implementation.

Thank you for sharing this! I'd love to know more about what led them to develop their own CPU, and what the instruction set looks like. It looks like AdaCore actually merged their support for VISIUMCore into upstream GCC. The slides s

We wouldn't even need anything as complex as XSLT, or a functional language for transforming JSON. Other markup-based template processing systems exist for higher-level languages like Pug, Mustache, etc. for Node.js. You could achieve

The core concept behind XSLT is evergreen: Being able to programmatically transform the results of a HTTP request into a document with native tools is still useful. I don't foresee any equivalent native framework for styling JSON ever

This was already the case in Australia as early as 2003. I distinctly remember being shocked that I had to provide ID when I bought a phone from a store for the first time.
