If you are a co-founder and stayed with a company for five years before exit, wouldn't you qualify for this no-tax clause?

Put another way, there is incentive to be honest and accurate in your advertising unless you think of yourself as very similar to a used-car salesman or someone who regularly lies on online dating sites.

There are a lot of interesting places to visit in the valley but I am not sure you'll be able to get a snapshot of the valley advantage in a few days. The valley advantage is more about the connections you build in the course of living and

This is not entirely stupid. My biggest pet peeve is people who carry on what should be IM conversations on twitter. Eg @jack are you read yet?. @jill No doing hair. @jack hurry up!. @jill shut up! etc. Most such conversational tweets begin

You are going to carry around an acorn like device for your iphone so you can swipe your buddy's credit card after you lend him money? And if he has his credit card why wouldn't he just pay for his tickets using the card? I don't think this

Anyone know more about the author Erik Naggum? I have run into seen some old posts from him on the Python list and now this. A simple Google search reveals he is an academic/writer from Norway but not much more.

IBM pays a bonus for and often promotes engineers based on the number of patents they file. The natural result is a very large number of patents, often of dubious value, that may never be implemented. Having said that, I bet my colleagues a

The worst part is, with time, you get used to the large portions. The "finish all the food on your plate" habit from childhood turns against you.
