They are, but I'm not sure what will cause a critical mass to switch. Short of the EU mandating that the existing platforms federate, which could be problematic.

I guess insolvency law needs to be changed to place some duty of care towards data subjects on insolvency practitioners, rather than allowing everything to be flogged off to the highest bidder. Since winding up user data storage safely is n

Normally those algorithms expect a clean reference version of the audio, as they quantify impairment. It doesn't sound like the OP has a reference version.

Wow. Then, they should sell off the fabs, just throwing in a commitment to use them for the older products as a sweetener. If they are using TSMC for the latest gen, the advantage of being an integrated company is gone; and both parts would

Is there a typo in this? C strings are not usually structs at all. Structs also do not behave differently if they contain a char.

Depending on how deep it is a drywell can be an EPA regulated thing in the US. This is because it can be a bad idea to sink surface water directly into the aquifer - naturally it would be filtered by the overlying soils, if it goes in direc

If there's no health reason not to, try a different food. A fish based one maybe. Give a little bit at first to avoid upsets. If you keep two types in stock you can switch frequently rather than just feeding the same one and switching

They do like variety. But if they get the same food every day for a long time, they may be unable to accept other food, which could be a problem if you need to change their diet due to a health condition. (But this is from a book I read 30

That's not the advice I've got. I've heard a vet advise reducing only 10% a week for a very overweight cat. For my (not very overweight) cats, the advice was not to go to deficit, but to switch to an amount that would be a ma

Some cats will self regulate intake to maintain a healthy weight, but a large fraction will not. If your cat is one of these then you need to regulate it's intake. But I think it's also a bad idea to reduce abruptly.

Yeah I was going off at a tangent from pizza ovens. Pyrolysis happens when you heat wood in a chamber with low ventilation (low oxygen) , which causes flammable gases (methane, CO etc) to be emitted, leaving black carbon. The flammable gas

Not completely. If the wood is from renewable sources, the carbon usage is low, because it gets recaptured when they grow the next batch. Net carbon usage is from transport and logging. As such it's much better than fossil fuels. It do

In S3, you can implement this with a single bucket, no code at all: objects can cause redirects, using x-amz-website-redirect-location Since Google buckets don't seem to implement this feature, maybe they should point goo.gl at S3 :-)
