TS is enormous, has endless training data, and can interact with virtually anything on the Internet these days. Also, strong typing is very very useful for AI coding context.

I think this is contingent on the skill of the human reviewing the AI's code.

The Japanese immersion language learning rabbit hole goes very very deep, and it super interesting. I'm writing some info about it here because I just don't want it to be lost to the sands of the digital times: It all started way

Wikipedia is fine, I just wanted to start a conversation on this site because many users here were around when usenet was big.

Am I not allowed to start a conversation thread on a website where I specifically know there's many old developers who were around for that era? Of course I could use google or gpt - this is more informative.

Nice! I'm curious if your software can pick up really subtle details - like for instance, pitch accent in Japanese (which is basically NEVER covered in a beginner level course) but is useful to just be aware of as a language learner.

For the v0 captcha contest I was going to create a scream captcha where you have to scream really loudly to verify, but I got caught up with work. Nice job!

Promise progress payoff. Give users a promise about what you're going to show them, make constant progress, and have a nice payoff at the end. Brandon Sanderson talks about it in his lecture series on youtube.

This song is in my library, completely forgot about it, thanks for bringing it back to me. Some other artists I can recommend with similar specific Japanese vibes, Denki Groove and Yellow Magic Orchestra are really good.

Yeah I had a request on GitHub for it, so I implemented it! But it was only a "fix" for a very specific technical group people, not ALL the users. Good lesson learned there.

A mixture of both. Some of those were copycats and some of those came before me, (the iPhone app, but I didn't know about it when I made the website). The point I was making was there's lots of clones happening when you go viral.

Some of them came before me, but most of them were clones that came after me. I just wanted to highlight what happens when you go viral - there will be copycats.
