Hire a cop to walk the neighborhood. Its not that difficult. The human element should not be replaced by technology in law enforcement.

See, now, the Orange Pi 5 works marvelously with the correct installation, and also handles up to 13B LLMs at the right quantization real well.

I don't know. Perhaps we should ask the DeBeers what they think about turning CO2 into valuable solids. They might take issue.

You accumulate CO2 via CaO and then release it via heat provided from the thermal system to go back to CaO. The CO2 is then turned into hydrocarbons. Closed loop. The infrastructure is already in place for hydrocarbons at least until we

Less about the emulator and more about the book :). I read Knuth for fun during college and when I explained some of it to my teacher when trying to sneak my way into a computer science masters from physics, my professor said "You'

More plants. Eventually, we'd be down to using just pure hydrogen since the CO2 levels would be just right for plant growth, so no need to capture any more.

Now if only we can extend this to medicines that is perfectly good and prescribable outside of the USA but is never going to be validated in the US because there's no possibility for monopoly to offset the 2B dollar requirements the F

Really. Just use that energy to absorb CO2 via CaO to CaCO3 and convert it into long chain hydrocarbons using water . Iceland is surrounded by water, after all. Just don't take too much CO2 out of the environment with that limitless

Dopamine is critical because it is what signals thallamic and striatal signals to the prefrontal cortex which is where the executive function deficits originate.

You want to watch Dr. Russel Barkley's videos. He does the best job of explaining ADHD as an executive function deficit, not an 'attention' deficit. https://www.youtube.com/@russellbarkleyphd2023

FSIQ was a bad way of identifying the cohort. They should break it up into GAI, WMI, and PSI instead since the key indications of cognitive capacity are in GAI and the WMI and PSI just show the area of deficit. I.E. a 104 FSIQ may be the

Just get an orange pi 5. For 130ish bucks you get a reasonably fast processor with 16gb(32gb out of stock but soon...) that runs 7b and even 13b models with reasonable speeds for reasonable amounts of context.
