It's interesting if you check the link for where they're offering the service; there are only five US cities, but nine areas (some prefectures) in Japan. I wonder why the coverage is so large in Japan? It also seems a bit haphazard. Why Hyo

I just gave the Japanese to English a quick check, and it's no better than Google or anything else I've seen. And by that I mean it completely loses the meaning of anything but the most simple sentences. I know Japanese to English is going

In 1998 (N64) Nintendo made $1.2 billion in profits, which at the time was being compared to their previous record of $1.25 billion in 1993 (SNES). There's no public information about how much of that was N64 profit and how much was Gameboy

From the perspective of one liver or one jurisdiction, he didn't "cut in line;" he was just one more person on the waitlist and they followed their standard procedures for deciding who gets that one liver in that one jurisdiction. If he hap

Having more Apple Stores nearby doesn't necessarily mean you can get repairs done faster. I've had Apple laptops repaired a number of times and it seems like mailing it to the repair center is always faster than leaving it at the store beca

It depends on what you mean by "not available for use." Any standard T-mobile plan that includes data (even the $5 T-Zones plan) will work with the iPhone. The only problem is that it's Edge-only.

Oh thanks, I didn't realize they were different. I wonder if Opera will try submitting Opera Mobile to the App Store. It seems like they just submitted Mini to make a point and didn't expect it to be accepted.
