Except that's not what this page does, so it's harder than TFA makes it out to be. I am in a zip code that spans two cities, and it won't let me change the city name at all once I put my zip code in.

I live in a zip code that spans two cities and I live in the unincorporated area between them, but with one of the cities in my preferred address. So at least two of the exceptions listed in this thread apply.

If I had to guess, I would guess that this statement was put there before ChatGPT existed. [edit] Unless this text was buried deeper than the front page and then promoted, I was wrong. That language was not there last November according to

Lasers are coherent emitters; you can definitely make interference patterns with them, so I don't see why LASER MIMO wouldn't be possible, in theory.

I don't know that this is what happened here, but any time there is a push to do more with less, you end up rewarding people who take shortcuts over those who do a proper job, and from the outside, it looks like journalism has a push t

My banking app doesn't even work on the last 3 android phones I tried because it wants a very up-to-date OS which basically means non-Pixel phones more than 2 years old need not apply.

I can't check my device compatibility without Chrome or edge. Is there a reason I can't just see a list of compatible devices to confirm (as I suspect) that it won't work on my phone?

Note that previously this label has been applied (nearly?) exclusively to non-US companies. US companies that don't do business with the DoD are not affected, and non-US companies that do business with the DoD are affected.

Loom is the best looking EGA game ever made. Sadly the VGA remake was hit-and-miss with the visuals.

Please tell me what "If I wanted to build a new car factory, I literally couldn't paint the cars." has to do with white supremacy? Maybe the regulations for new car factories are good, maybe they are bad, maybe Musk was exagg

I see what you're saying; this is true for any game scored win/loss. Even gridiron football if you're down by 4 points with time almost out you won't kick a field goal (worth 3 points).

Yes and no. One could say this of any game with points where the margin of victory doesn't affect long-term outcomes (e.g. most ball games). A win by 1/2 point or 20 points it suggests a very different relative skill between the
