I like the design a lot better than Bootstrap, but I don't think "Semantic UI" matches the implementation.

URLs are public and modifying them should not be considered unauthorized access or hacking, especially semantic URLs. I mean, if there's a querystring parameter on the end like "page=2" and I modify it to be "page=3"

Yup, government by its very nature is about opposites and double standards. Government is pretty much an exclusive place to carry out the worst parts of humanity legally. Steal, murder, lie, kidnap, coerce--it's all good under the Stat

I'm not in favor of any of them, but I guess BIG would a step forward, so I see your point. The thing is, a lot of people are dependent on those programs, and not just the recipients, but everyone in the chain. So removing them is goin

The last thing we need is another government program. Everyone thinks he has a great idea when he can use the force and coercion of the State to extort everyone else to support his megalomaniacal master plan. If this idea is so good, let&#x

Is it really though? Anymore than soda, coffee, etc.? I don't see any evidence that marijuana legalization would affect their sales. In fact, they often go hand-in-hand, from my experiences in college, so maybe legalization would help

The free markets are mythical because they're not allowed to happen. Single payer is a horrible idea. Why would you trust a centralized agency (which can be bribed and corrupted so easily) with such an essential service? The government

Totally agree. We need to find non-violent solutions to problems. Most importantly, though, we need to show what living peacefully looks like. People like the tangible. We can argue in the abstract all day long, but people are easily turned

If you believe that you own your own body, then it would make sense. I wonder what people will say in 100 years. Will they laugh at us for letting people with the label "government" lay claim on how we use our own bodies? I would

I think people have gone too far with this mindset. I develop pages using a mostly semantically structured approach, but I'm not afraid to sprinkle layout-only elements where they make sense, especially when using grids.

I would have agreed with you maybe 2-3 years ago from a pragmatic standpoint, but the most compelling reason now for not using tables for layout is that they're not compatible with responsive web design. Table cells don't stack an

I find it funny that the person using force is calling the other people greedy and self-centered. You are being self-centered by acting like your ideas and needs trump everyone else's to the point of being mandatory. I'm sorry, th

I don't think abolishing the state is ideal now. Hierarchical structures and violence are far too ingrained in people and passed on to their children. We really need a philosophical awakening to move beyond institutionalized violence.

For a larger web app, I'd use Require, Browserify, or Component, but not for small-to-medium size websites. All you usually need for those is jQuery, and several plugins which only depend on jQuery.
