But it goes beyond this. The whole 2020s era is about cheap ways to do anything and be able to stream it to billions of people. Yet I feel no density in the work because there was no energy spent on it.

> It doesn't make sense for the reader to spend more energy than the writer spent on creating it. Great way to summarize cultural "economics" Couldn't put the words on this pattern but sometimes all I care about is th

Agentic tools changed the workflow in our org, we were very tense before with a simple yet careful team process.. Since last winter we're now pushing a lot more but the teamwork (which was brittle before) is now mostly gone, everybody

fair point but from memory most of early programs in his paper were purely immutable in nature (tree recursion and substition), right ?

yeah it's a strange aspect of that lisp era, it was born in mccarthy's recursive functions over recursive lists.. and then interactive development over global state added as a layer. i would argue that lispers use of mutability wa

maybe even a simple arraylist required some tweaks to avoid wasting allocation on some insert/delete patterns

fair point, that said that's a first phase only, if llm/ai keeps growing steadily it's in theory able to do 90% of non manual labour jobs (and robots are also improving so.. even manual labour may evaporate)

Beside system theory, were there other fields studying the relationship between sampling data rate en stability ?

I may be wrong but he was probably hinting at systemd being a constellation of too many parts.

This was observed on first week for me. In the employee room, most people were all crazy about LLMs, looking at the prompt results in awe, "I can do my day in 1h easy..." . By the end of the week, group meetings were much more tam

This is gonna open up the science of stimuli necessity. Everything we do is effort then reward, we need to do things on our own.

Yes a LLM is mostly an information memory de vice, but as a worker you still have to vet it. I believe the human constraint made us find ways to layer and modularize systems so it is easier to check. Now the LLM produces a lot of code and a

oh yeah i remember how maya was architectured so well, and from the start indeed. i don't know the innards of blender but the python layer seems powerful.. yet afaik there's no derived computed attributes like $ball.x = $feet.x &#
