I agree... much as the monkeys and birds are left in their shrinking forests, we too will be left behind to dwindle.

I have had the same thought experiments that lead to this inevitable conclusion, that we are the vehicle that will create a new, immortal, more efficient intelligence and there won't really be a place left for us slow, in-evolved, inef

I get better by taking on projects and challenges that I have never done before. It forces me to learn quickly and I encounter more problems, bugs, issues, that I have not encountered before which I learn from, and become a better developer

It looks like this is based algorithmically on genetic ancestry. I'd like to see a deep learning model trained from facial image and genetic data to build a tool for generating faces from genes. Anyone know if something like this is fe

I think at a certain point everything will be digitized, and the only inefficiency will be humans themselves. Eventually we will be replaced. So "our" innovation will end when we end and the next phase in evolution will continue.

I noticed the same thing. Without physical exercise, my posture gets worse, I have random back pain, and realized I am more prone to injury when I do go and do something active. Currently I exercise every morning for about an hour. 45 min o

I think cryptocurrencies in general have a long future, and seeing as how many exchanges require bitcoin to exchange to other coins, i think the value of bitcoin will climb by default. No reason for everyone to start bailing on it so far. P
