They "why" hasn't been answered. I understand the previous statements very clearly. It makes intuitive sense to me, but I want to know more. Like physics PhD-level more.

It's more like strapping on a exoskeleton suit with a jetpack. It makes your existing strength and mobility greater, but don't be surprised if you fly into space that you will suffocate, or if you fly over an ocean and run out gas

Not me! I don't like the syntax of Lisps, with the leading parenthesis to begin every expression. I use it anyway because it's so useful and powerful. And I don't have any better ideas.

Wait, your telling me, I should have been desoldering the sockets off my motherboard, and directly soldering my RAM to the leads this entire time?

I personally wouldn't, but to play devil's advocate and going with the Lord of the Rings theme. Yeah weapons and objects themselves are often referred to explicitly as imbued with lightness and darkness in universe.

I can't find the link, but a couple days ago, they said in a thread here it was due to their lack of support of some important security features, and remarked that it didn't look like they were even interested in supporting them.

Your body is not converting all 21k calories to fat in an event like that. There are many physiological limits to caloric conversion to fat. I'm not exactly sure what their bodies are doing, but I guarantee you my body would get rid of

Modern app bloat in one analogy: Business logic size: ~20 bytes Total app size: ~47 MB = 47,000,000 bytes Bloat factor: 47,000,000 / 20 = 2,350,000 Let’s scale this up and say the business logic is 1 pound. Then the whole app would w

My take, for what it's worth, Entropy isn’t always the driver of physical change, sometimes it’s just a map. Sometimes that map is highly isomorphic to the physical process, like in gas diffusion or smoke dispersion. In those cases,
