How do you disable telemetry in a new car. I have a 2022 Kona. It's the first car I've had with telemetry. No idea how to disable it.

You get given water during races, and you don't need a support team for that to happen. There are people handing them out at set locations, so there's no need to carry all of that with you. You often get gels too and its worth t

Would it be less dystopian for Operating Systems to ship with their own browser that ships with their own models? Or do you find the current situation where Operating Systems ship with browsers dystopian?

How is buying a midrange phone new a scam? Just because a second hand premium one is better value (assuming you don't place any value on being brand new). You buy it knowing full well that it isn't a premium device but most peop

I expect a lot of people who run adblockers on mobile, also configure their DNS or use a VPN to block ads. On Android, you can't even get an adblocker on Chrome, which is the browser most users and using.

Blocking the domain of the video player works. For example, primis.tech you can add this to your uBO filter: ||primis.tech$domain=~primis.tech Primis is one of them, but there are a few of these companies. I can't remember the

Even with ad blocking, it's transferring over 200KB of data, half of which is to load a couple of fonts. Not terrible but the basic HTML is only 17KB.
