I'm not sure I would go that far but I've given up on Google personally, though. Yahoo search is ok. Firefox's mobile UI isn't as good but I'm sticking with it. Email and Photos is pretty hard to get away from. Hope

Look at the pace at which the battery is charging on the smartphones. That's not even possible with a wired connection. If they're pumping that much energy through the air I imagine they would be dead already?

I'm curious as to the long term failure rate of this type of implant. Teeth shift and there will be bone loss around it to some extent. It may be a better option but I don't think it is as perfect as the marketing makes it seem.

The homepage needs some work. A change/removal to the flags and maybe just a smaller font size. The job results look fine, though. I definitely wouldn't pay someone over a few thousand dollars.

Comcast keeps reporting subscriber growth (almost 300k last quarter). People are definitely watching sports on tv, just not ESPN. You need more than one large, bloated, continuously failing channel to convince me that we're at the begi

Aside from 2008-9ish where they had around 50% and Blackberry was king, Apple has had a very small share of the mobile phone market. There is a myriad of competitors. The tablet share is up there but not to facebook or ms windows levels of

Real estate looks as if it is way over-priced at this point. If you don't want the tax benefits of owning a rental, why not index fund your money, then you would be almost double the 4% long-term, either way.

Papa Johns is partnered with MLB again this year. If a team scores 6 or more, your online order the next day is 50% off. I'm not sure if you have to be local or within a certain mileage of the ballpark. The promo code is usually yankee

I think we're yet to see any sort of shock. The markets hit record levels in the U.S. after the Trump election. The entire system is oblivious to anything future related until it's too late. Totally reactive.

Are they truly in competition when they aim at two entirely separate goals? Also, isn't NASA already in competition with them?

I don't see how Robinhood is any more dangerous than the others. They offer the same products as regulated by the financial industry. Companies advertise all the time with x amount of trades a month/year at low or $0 cost. You can

We're a bit off from the smartwatch killing off the traditional watch. I wouldn't blame it on Apple doing a bad job if that is what you meant. If anything, they brought the smartwatch more mainstream with the release of the Apple

There are no slam dunks in cases like this? I would have at least had a lawyer send a letter and maybe file the case to see if they would have released the funds. I don't think they have legality to keep what he has earned even if it w

$10k would be extremely cheap? H3H3 is facing a copyright infringement suit. His lawyer sent him a bill for the month for $50k of prep work.

Lawyers are really expensive. You would need to turn it into a class action or you would be blowing through a ton of money, up against the best lawyers in the game.

The neglect of markets where they've had record sales the past year or two? Not to mention, the massive increase in mobile devices weighing into the equation. It seems a little off to me.

Location? If you're cracking $200k, you are likely in a major city, silicon valley, etc, and the cost of living is pretty outrageous. Either that, or I am severely under-paid.

I don't know what's worse for a dev, being chained to a desk all day or the constant movings and chatter in an open office when you're trying to concentrate.

With such a small market share, my bet is the publicity from the complaints probably helped gain visibility more than anything. Combine that with users waiting to upgrade for 2-3 years and a price increase, then you will have record sales.
