They have given very clear guidance for years: basically all cryptocurrencies are securities. Conbase just didn't like what they said. Besides, it's not the SEC's job to give free legal consultation. Nowhere in our legal syst

There is a US government mandate to kill violations of securities law. If "crypto" can't exist without crime, that's hardly the SEC's fault. The SEC can, and should, go after ICO scammers, but there would be zero IC
