There are many ways to judge jazz music, but in my opinion, a really good jazz solo works as a standalone melody. As (I think) George Harrison said, the best guitar solos are the ones you can hum along with. Listen to a solo by Django Reinh

You've seen EveryBlock ( http://www.everyblock.com/ ), yes? Among many other things, it'll give you newspaper/blog articles for a specific address in 15 U.S. cities. Not international or even U.S.-wide, but very damn good for its 15 cities.

Acoustic guitar, mostly gypsy-jazz style (Django Reinhardt) and a lot of fingerstyle. I play with some gypsy-jazz bands in Chicago and post YouTube videos here: http://youtube.com/adrianholovaty -- more than 12,000 subscribers! :-)
