I was able to remove YouTube thanks to Canta + Shizuku. Unfortunately, the latest android OTA upgrade breaks canta. But I'm already free of YouTube and enjoying NewPipe \o/

It's a bit faster, yet it lacks a web UI. I prefer it, because I use it directly on the PC/ Laptop via Docker and I like text files more than binding web UIs to ports..

There's "$ sync" to ask the Kernel to start the actual write. And "dd" command has the option to do so, too. It's just not the default, as many things on Linux, unfortunately.
