With that kind of logic, why not just a rob a bank if you really need cash. They're both illegal. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

100% agree. "emotional support" animals are basically a free pass for shitty people to take advantage of the system and take their non-trained, horribly mannered animals with them wherever they want, which sucks for people that ha

Emotional support animal =/= service dog. Service dogs are specially trained for a job and cost upwards of $25-30k to train and maintain their training. Emotional support animals don't require any training and don't have near

I think it's generally understood that 3x leveraged ETFs are terrible for long-term. Losses are disproportional to gains and with rebalancing and fees, they're a long-term loser.

Should Robinhood be an arbiter of what is a reasonable trade and what people can spend their money on? Because if so, they have a lot of restricting to do to keep people safe...

This is a bad take. There's millions of bad trades you can make. Should Robinhood block all of those as well?

Seems like the graphic designer is the problem then... The modern web and pixel perfect design is a combo that doesn't mix and any good designer would know that.

Huge fan of Hugo here. My personal site ( https://ado.xyz ) runs on Hugo and I've deployed a number of others. For purely static sites, there is nothing better than Hugo imo. Next.js comes in at a close second, and is really

Exactly this. I bought the Nest Secure system a few years ago because I already had Nest thermostats and cameras, so security made sense and everything integrated well. But now I really regret it. I have a 3 year deal w/ Google's

I would assume cheaper and more reliable service. With Uber/Lyft, you never know who you're going to get and what the experience will be like, and as someone that easily took 200-300 Uber rides per year pre-covid, I've seen s

This is just wrong. All the instructions tell you to keep your keycard on you at all times. And the keycard is literally the size of a debit card. Just put it in your wallet with your ID and you never have to worry about a network outage. I

The thing about MongoDB is that it does support $jsonSchema for enforcing a schema in a very flexible way. So rather than having to have a strict schema for every piece of data, you can use $jsonSchema for as little or as much of your data

Basic things that I feel like should be trivial for Siri to handle. The biggest issue by far is how bad the voice dictation is for sending messages. It almost never gets it right. I'm not opposed to an Apple search engine if it works.
