When I was looking for a new Mail client a few months ago, I wanted to pick Thunderbird, but did not because I believe I read that Mozilla was sunsetting it which is why I did not go for it. Is that not true? It was extremely disappointing

If you will be programming professionally (or for significant amounts of time) learning either of emacs or vim is absolutely worth the effort. You will be very glad you did.

Why would you compare C# (although they keep adding functional programming concepts to it) to Scala, instead of comparing F# (which can commingle with C# wherever you need it) with Scala? I haven't looked into F# or Scala too much, but
