How can they detect the video if it's over ssl? Are they just detecting big streams of data and throttling it? If so that's bad because it will certainly have false positives and throttle those.

We've been using calibre app on Vecteezy and its helped us keep track (and improve) our site performance. Its a great tool and continues to improve!

Currently chrome does a poor job of rendering these kinds of svgs and so we are dealing with that limitation. I'm hoping that Chrome will give svg performance some love in the near future and that will help us greatly.
