Why do they even call it 'internet' explorer? It really is just a 'web' explorer isn't it?

As pointed out by many, this is even more proprietary than any plugin. Microsoft are fricken idiots, they are trying to be hip and open standards etc but nobody is going to buy it, at the same time they are annoying everyone who couldn

Way to go extrapolating crass generalisations from one dud interview. Every single dev team I have come across thinks they are the duck's nuts, and the team leads even more so, resulting in embarrassing overconfidence in their own opi

That wasn't very convincing. Basically, 'family sharing' is nothing but letting someone use a demo, hurray. Whenever I buy a used game I wouldn't even consider buying at full retail. So there is no market share being los

Why is it that almost every single article / debate ends up with someone finding a weird tangent blaming / criticizing Obama? Not being a US citizen, I really don't care about your politics, but these sort of nonsensical comm

I love DuckDuckGo, but there is one problem, the search results are generally poor. I have to revert to google very regularly to find what I want, particularly for technical searches. I am going to persist, but at this stage I am limiting

Its not a big deal, google should quietly announce they are retiring the API and the government can try and contact someone at google.

I thought this post was mildly interesting until I hit this statement : "I am surprised that no one I met in Windows Azure team heard about Heroku or Rackspace" Aside from the obvious ambiguities, this simply cannot be true.

It is worth contemplating that 'quality' doesn't exist without a 'subject' and an 'object'. There is no such thing as universal quality. In other words, what you might class as poor quality might be good quality to someone else (some othe
