I see it as a stepping stone. The tech will eventually trickle into mainstream and become so cheap that it's throwaway. Long term ideas off the top of my head: A tyre lets you know when it needs air or replacement. A plant contains explicit

The intensity of the swipe seems to affect the speed if that helps any. A fast swipe switches spaces almost instantly... I don't know how practical this is on a magic mouse but it works ok on a trackpad.

It might just be me, but the line "Perfect backup for your baby pictures :-)" on your features page struck me as a little... odd. It's the only smiley face on the site as far as I can tell, and the oddness of the lone smiley accompanied by

It seems better :) I think the finder was rewritten for snow leopard and I haven't noticed the same horrible clunkiness in relation to slow/unreliable network shares. That said, I nearly always use AFP or SFTP for moving stuff around so tho

You'd be surprised at the variety of hardware that's supported. Loads of graphics cards, many sound devices, nearly anything USB, lots of chipsets and CPUs.

The acceleration is present in Lion and it's more sensitive than in iOS, so you can get through about 5 window heights with a fast flick or go pixel by pixel if you move slow enough. Also if you flick again before the inertia has died down,

I think there's a lot to be learned from buddhism but I don't think the statements in this video add up to much. Why does the notion of space as information promote a more compassionate outlook? Is Rupert Sheldrake is the best person to cit
