I truly agree with you. I absolutely love Rails and what it has to offer, ever since working with it since Rails 2+. Truly one of the best bet I've ever made!

I think I'm the only one who rarely look at my desktop. Most of the time, it's been covered by windows/apps.

Does Swift have the libraries that Python/Matlab has? My wife is doing some kind of fMRI analysis/research for her PhD and she's using Matlab. I'm an iOS developer, so I'd love it if I can get her to use Swift!

I've been using Rails since 2.x, and very much interested with Elixir/Phoenix. Will I regret using Elixir/Phoenix for production?

So, I'm a backend developer, wanting to get into frontend development so that I can be a full stack dev. I've watched and done some tutorials on html/css about flexbox/grid. Should I use Bootstrap due to its compatibilit

I have a 34" 1440p screen and I use Mozaic.app ( https://www.lightpillar.com/mosaic.html ) for managing my windows. Usually, i'll divide my windows as either 1:1, 1:2:1 or 1:4 sizes. It's pretty useful as I can

I think this is only for American culture. Where I’m from (Malaysia), we have these Indian restaurants called Mamak where it’s opened for 24hrs and people hangout there. It’s extremely popular. We don’t have tipping too.

I have two - a 2015 MBP and an Acer Chromebook R11. I absolutely adore this Acer Chromebook R11. For $250, you get almost tablet like battery life, very light and an 11" touch screen. I just wish it's a bit more powerful. If anyon

Also, I live in SE Asia. Our nights are hot, but we have fans and use very thin blankets. (Not even sure if they're called blankets, but they're very light weight and maybe should be called sheets)

Yeah, I remembered Digg. It's fascinating (in a bad way, really) to see something so giant, suddenly crashed so hard in a very short period of time. I'm always wondering if reddit will go down that way too.
