I've seen this suggested often but I don't think I've ever seen any information about how it'd actually work in practise. Do the car companies actually want to do it, how is the car owner compensated for the battery wear

Grid storage is such an interesting topic to me. We are all used to energy storage at a small scale (phone batteries, even electric cars) but the challenges of needing to store such vast amounts of energy seems like an almost impossible tas

The article mentions that some AU residents have been able to bypass this ban by linking to tweets of news stories. Has Twitter indicated whether it'll be following the Facebook or Google route? I can only imagine that they will be cov

One of the games I run the infrastructure from had an issue with Proton. It caused issues with the multiplayer parts of the game. We were forced to disable support for Proton a few months ago. We posted a bug in the Proton GitHub repo and g

It also shows that Apple really don't care about their customers and would rather stick it to Epic than continue to support the people who choose to use their login system. If Apple wanted to show some goodwill towards the end users wh

I use DDG on my mobile device now. I switched when Google started showing images in the omnibox as I typed in search terms. I found it useless and distracting but (of course) Google knew better and didn't offer any way to disable it. G
