That video looks like sketchy vaporware. Who would need to analyze liquids carefully placed in a vial with their phone? Sometimes machines need to be big. Theranos setup themselves up for failure by trying to miniaturize and combine equipme

The interesting thing about ML workloads is that they require heavy upfront GPU power, but the compute requirements to run the model are much smaller after training.

If the all the manufacturing techniques have to change, maybe 3d printing some parts or the whole plane would make sense and be viable.

This makes a lot of sense but would it prevent developers from using the default diagrams already built into most CICD websites. I assume migrating to this would make the CICD pipeline look like one step from gitlab, bitbucket, and githubs

Yeah, I don't see the problem. Tesla investors benefit from SpaceX material science expertise solely because Elon owns SpaceX and allocates the time and resources. I don't see Tesla investors complaining about that. I would view i

It is no surprise, the problem is betting on when this would happen. The Metaverse is far outside their competency. And renaming their company to Meta makes acquiring another company with a Metaverse product impossible, without being a laug

If it's not a supply-side issue, it should be fine to bulldoze 100k units while everything remains the same, and the prices shouldn't change at all.

My first thought. PGP in video calls, PGP with email, etc.. When I searched for PGP in the comments, this was the only one that mentioned it which is hard for me to believe.

A 4Ghz CPU is faster than a 1Ghz CPU. If you wanted to scale the best you would want faster algorithms and faster hardware. Not just faster hardware. Not being able to do something because of size for a human behaviour problem is almost alw

I use to think this too, but now I believe debt and interest is right up there with energy in terms of economic growth. Without debt, economic growth nearly zero sum. Waiting for the money to exist and then spending it is just slow and inef

I have always wanted to use React with Shopify, but I feel binding the data manually from the Shopify API via GQL is very unergonomic. You have to understand Shopify API way deeper than usual to get started. There should have been basic but
