Note that that FAQ is from the "Legacy" docs site, and was written right after hooks were announced in 2018. The current docs site at https://react.dev teaches only hooks + function components as the standard approach.

For the initial rollout, we'll be trying to onboard a couple teams at a time so that we can make sure everything's working fine. Then we can start ramping up and opening usage more broadly.

That page is very out of date. They did later adopt a build step and switch to using JSX in much of the FF DevTools codebase. As an example, here's the Editor main component (same "latest" commit you pointed to): https:/

Hmm. I'm a bit surprised to hear you say that writing reducers "by hand" is simpler than with RTK. Per the docs examples (like https://redux.js.org/usage/migrating-to-modern-redux#reducer... ), hand-writ

Hi, I maintain Redux and created RTK. I'm going to do my best @davidkpiano impression and point out that "Redux, as typically used, is _half_ a state machine" [0] , in that a typical reducer responds to actions regardless of

To clarify: based on conversations with Sunil and what he's posted publicly, Partykit's infra is a layer on top of Cloudflare Durable Objects. `y-partykit` is an integration with Yjs on top of that core functionality.

React _usually_ queues up a render, which is then executed at the end of the event loop tick. This allows many calls to `setState()` in the same tick to result in a single render pass at the end. The default behavior is that _if_ there are
