Sorry but no. Our ‘models’ of the universe will never be 100% correct. If you’d like a 100% ‘correct’ explanation of the maxwells ‘laws’ of electrodynamics I refer to a sibling comment regarding the Feynman lectures. lectures.

It’s pretty rough because those ‘you’re wrong’ videos are actually just as wrong as he was. The main issue is that these complicated topics are difficult to describe properly is a 20 min English video that has to be edited to be interesting

I used to love in inter city north Melbourne for the cool life style. I moved to northern rivers area after 30 years of living in the city. I moved to a house about 1.5km for the beach. Over three years that went from “the closest I’ll ever

While I think it’s nonsense comparing what we do when we learn and what a computer Program does, I’ll speculate on this. Our eyes are doing a lot of signal processes before the “image” hits our brain. My understanding is audio has less sign

As a music producer where is all the latency coming from? I can run my daw with <10ms latency with a few simple effects on it. What software are you using / what workflow?

Counter anecdote: my partner has been a coffe drinker since the age of 5, multiple a day, even right before bed (cultural norm is South Africa). She dreams a lot. Extremely vivid and remembers a lot.

by ace2358 4y ago
My pet theory: just because you don’t ‘remember’ you dreams doesn’t mean you didn’t have them. This would result in wildly in accurate correlations (lack of coffee = more dreams, weed smokers = don’t dream). There are always counter example

DSi are quite cheap and available compared to the 3DS which is a lot pricier. And dsi is quite sleek and simple (like the old iPods) compared to the 3ds line which got quite large and heavy (which a lot of People prefer)

I understand how the theory of dna ancestry works, but it’s not so clear cut. We still don’t have a good understanding of how these things work over the time scales of Australia (60,000 years of inhabitation). Saying that one boat accidenta

This is a completely baseless theory with no citations or evidence at all other than the “11% ancestry” (what does that mean?). “Let assume that this new analysis is correct.” Yeah okay mate. I wouldn’t say that “this is a known fact”

Ableton live used to give out 90 trials with a new “live” account. I used it for about half a year with various different emails. They stopped this from working on live 11 and I decided that the software wasn’t for me :)

I’m surprised to hear 50ms for audio processing. I’m a music producer and I can feel it at about 20ms of latency. (Pressing key on keyboard (musical) to hearing sound) I would have thought video games wouldn’t have more latency than audio p

Yes they are standard Bluetooth devices and can pair normally. On Apple devices they get more features. I’ve used AirPods with my Sony PS Vita (made before AirPods) and my Nintendo switch (once they added Bluetooth headset support recently)

I can’t remember the name for it, but there is a certain kind of switch design that’s meant to be visually ‘on’ when you’re turning something off. The best example and how I learnt about this is the mute toggle on iPhones and the lock toggl
