It might, but on the flipside, those bad actors are also opening themselves up to copyright infringement claims from the RIAA. I mean you knowingly played a song on a stream with many people watching without a license.

Mind you it has been a few years since I have worked in C++ professionally. I understand why you might like it. But in my opinion, it is a dumpster fire. My friend who is a music producer has a saying: "You can't polish a turd.&qu

Fat and sugar together in a food is hard for the brain to stop eating. We are wired to want it (high energy content). To say it can be like a drug, I would say yes. Looking at the stats 2/3 Americans are overweight or obese. I think th

I did it the other way... Bought a cheap 4k@60Hz 50 inch TV ... cost me around AUD$400. I was doing multi screen before, but I like this better I have effectively 4x 1080p screens in a 2x2 array. The only downside is the tv forgets my backl

Yep, those are definitely signs of burnout. This happened to me this time last year. For me, I stopped coding and started building things with my hands (I renovated a house). The biggest problem with coding is the feedback loops. The endles

To be honest, you are replacing one set of problems with another. The rationale about configuration does not make a lot of sense either, better you learn how to do things right than what seems easier. I haven't played with shares for a

Wouldn't it just be easier to use MySQL or Postgres in that situation? I mean if you are connecting to a network share, why not use a database over the network instead?
