I had turned it off on my account as well, which is what made seeing two years of search history from myself so surprising. I assume when my account was +'d, this setting was accidentally missed. Moral of the story, just take a quick l

Honestly, none in particular at the moment and yet also any that's needed. I just see a situation where if I did need to work with two currencies, having an API for one and then building the infrastructure in house for the other seems

I work in digital forensics so information like an IP address can be just another piece of the puzzle. It's not something we would base our entire case around but I'm sure it would be helpful in some way. I certainly understand th

Ya this is really slick looking. There are some issues here and there but it's a new site so that is to be expected. The close tie in with testnet is a nice touch. A lot of developers seem to forget that testnet is there to help them.

Does the JSON type still have a set of use cases as well or is it just obsolete now? If I was writing large quantities of json documents to a table, and I didn't need tag indexing or targeted updating, would using the JSON type be fast

At some point there is so much data available to work with that even nicely optimized queries become too slow. This may have also been a limitation of hardware but either way the game quickly became not fun when it was persistent.

The Schemaverse ( http://schemaverse.com ) is massive multiplayer game that you play through programming, although the gameplay is no longer persistent and is now played in one day rounds. I would love to make a better persistent

How do you value a network able to send 'value' across the globe immediately. What does PayPal and Visa value their networks at? I imagine it is a good chunk of change. Now, to further complicate things, you have to put a value on

TL;DR: Man spends 5 minutes thinking about Bitcoin on a plane and comes to conclusions which may or may not be correct. Shares them with people because he is super duper important.

I had my registration to the beta accepted within less than a minute. The interface is impressively slick. I honestly didn't know IBM had it in them but they did a really nice job on it. That's just my initial thoughts though. Now

Neat, thanks for the info! I will have to give this a try then. Luckily, I don't need to care about read-only or blacklisted queries, the entire application is already built into the database layer.

Are you able to login as different database users? I would love to try using this with Schemaverse ( http://schemaverse.com ) but most frameworks I have seen have trouble with multiple database roles/connections.

I have no shame in saying that the MySQLgame was definitely part of the inspiration for the Schemaverse, my own little SQL project. There are some main platform differences, as many have pointed out, but those who like one of the other gene

Never underestimate the SQL injection! There is likely some function being called somewhere that has higher permissions than your initial query. The Schemaverse has a SQL Injection trophy with no actual code path to win it. After 2 1/2
