I spend a lot of time in the tropics (Thailand) and my keyboard gets stuck keys all the time. It's currently my single quote key. I have tried massaging it, smacking it, faith healing, etc. Nothing helps.

I interviewed to work at Ripple in 2013! I don't know how interesting the review would be. Ripple is completely centralized. I'll think about it.

As someone who gets paid in Bitcoin and only has Bitcoin I can explain how it works. I make purchases using Bitcoin or credit cards. I then sell enough Bitcoin to pay the credit card bills.
