I just have 20 minutes to go to office and back, each way. But before eating slowly and with pleasure, that had no effect. Now i'm losing a lot of weight, i think. Need a scale to confirm that. :)

You could also have a look at the MVP(Model-View-Presenter)-Pattern. I like it more to say Presentation instead of Presenter. Martin Fowler, for example, has some articles on it.

Hm, but problems exist from a programmers view, because you get blind by starring at shiny white editor windows constantly. Also, in my opinion, to much white can make a good design look too offensive on a monitor. Decent gray, for example,

Hm, my approach is a little different. I agree if you mean decent drawing skills. I can draw mockups, even with colors by hand, that look in some ways like the design i want. Then i go on(and cheat a little) and let a friend who is skillf
