I experimented bubblewrap as a better alternative to firejail. Unfortunately there are scripts for few applications. It’s tool for developers. Users are better off flatpaks powered by bubblewrap .

The quality of life in Canada has sadly declined in recent years. There is a major housing and affordability crisis, and loss of purchase power. Carney seems capable, but has a difficult hand.

Flatpaks, from the source if available, are excellent: you get the latest versions of the app from the official source, with permissions set for a pretty locked-down sandbox. What’s not to like, I’m curious? The storage is cheap these days,

A good thing thing about Nextcloud is that by learning one tool, you get a full suite of collaboration apps: sync, file sharing, calendar, notes, collectives, office (via Collabora or OnlyOffice), and more. These features are pretty good, p

How is the situation with applications in BSD? I never see an app released for FreeBSD. There are usually Deb and rpm files. I suppose FreeBSD adapts and releases some them in their ports. But how is the coverage? Another issue is the hardw
