Julia is great for numerical simulations. Companies such as Google and Facebook should have supported Julia for machine learning, in my opinion. Numpy is OK, but verbose and a bit of a pain.

Numpy probably calls Fortran and C libraries under the hood. Is Fortran still considerably faster than Numpy?

You can download it securely and anonymously. There is no way to find out. Actually, the French government intelligence agency is famous for IP theft. This one is placed at their feet.

When it’s said SHA2 will remain secure in foreseeable future, are there estimates on the number of decades? The quantum computers apparently don’t help much with hash attacks, and SHA2 has received a lot of cryptanalysis.

See examples in the PGFPlots manual: https://ctan.org/pkg/pgfplots However, examples from pgfplots and matplotlib should be considered in a paper, together with the effort in preparing and revising the figures.

The idea is to process it all in Python and export the final data points to text files to be plotted by pgfplots. Then you can import the pgfplots code directly in the latex document or slide, and adjust it there. It will all be latex in

In France, good students go to “classes prepas” for 2-3 years. It’s a period sort of between high school and university. I’m not sure if students are eligible to participate in IMO in this period. Perhaps someone else could clarify. Regardl

This is a simplistic view. The protective labor laws protect some workers, but can bring about a host of adverse effects. The good and bad are equally protected. For example, my work place in France was so toxic that over time I developed p

The issue is that people don’t know and don’t care if the email provider reads the emails sent by FB. I’m not sure if this is correct, but it looked like it only supported RSA at some point that I tried (not ECC).

How does it compare with countless other file encryption tools: GPG, Age, Picocrypt, etc? Some of them can be password managers too, with a bash script (eg, Pass).
