   Create a list of 4 tasks to get done for that day. If you get all 4 done, reward yourself by being able to view the sites you love. If you get them done really quickly then of course you would need a longer list. I find 4 to be my magic num

   This is actually not advice but something I have learned the hard way. It's not that the situation is bad, it's what you make of it.

   Being in startup is hard enough but now having to learn coding and fix someone else's code is not the path you should go down. I think outsourcing to get it to releasable state is very good option. Your focus should be managing the product

   Motivation is tricky so here's what works for me: 1. I have a short paragraph that I wrote telling myself why certain things are important to me and my eventual goal.I read it whenever I'm feeling down. 2. I always have a 4 item to do list.
