I do this in a smoker sometimes. Smoke to 100*, rest, and then sear on grill or in pan. Don’t use much smoke. Can be a really killer way to do ribeyes and porterhouse.

I think this is a frame of reference issue. The I buy beer at whole foods, someone checks my ID and won't sell it to me if I don't have one. If I vote via mail in ballot, I sign my name on a sheet of paper that arrives to an unsec

I can't tell if you are suggesting that the standards for alcohol be higher than for voting or not? Because currently they are.

I am not certain, but I think they can’t. I think those critical functions cannot have foreign owners or officers if they want to sell to the government.

I'm curious about the Value prop for an FEL. I bought a bobcat T590 last year because it had a lot of capacity - both PTO power and absolute ability to lift. It isn't good for turf, but I can pick up a 4000lb pallet. FELs all seem

Look how hard it was for Tesla to build cars. the Capex businesses are notoriously unattractive for VCs. I suspect that it will take some other innovation to make this worthwhile to fund. Right to repair is not innovation, its just a single

There’s also a lot of people with skills and very useful jobs, but who don’t need 40hrs/week to add a ton of value. Playing dumb for all the BS that could end up assigned to you is a reverse-performance-management hack that keeps your

I agree, but this is a tractor. You’d need to hack the fertilizing units or the chemical dispensers etc. unless I’m really mistaken this would just be a device for dragging other stuff around.

I’ve always found that windows is free as in beer, but Linux is just some jerk handing you bunch of grain and hops and a vague diagram of what to do next. It’s free, and it’ll make beer, but it might also make weird oatmeal instead.
