You could have two engines: a strong engine and a weak engine. If the weak engine suggests a move then it's allowed. But if the strong engines suggests a different move than it's forbidden.

Bootstrap is 100% the answer. Pulling in everything from a CDN is the easiest route. Bootswatch is also great if you want a little more styling. (Free bootstrap themes) Bootstrap is great because it is so ubiquitous. They have page template

I agree. I've used AWS Data Pipelines for some jobs but there is a steep learning curve. It is good for launching servers on demand to run your ETL jobs if you need that. The best solution I have found is writing ETL scripts in Laravel

There is dolthub.com which is Git for data. But there is only an SQL interface. No way to source control the style of the data in Excel. Last time I looked into Dolt there were no commit hooks either. That would let you add linting or other

A lot of these problem apply to crawling in general. I run adstxt.com which crawls ads.txt files. Some issues we have seen: - Pages that say they are one encoding but are actually another - Redirects to other sites - invalid contents or mal

This isn't a great site or anything and you're right that password should be generated client-side. But not everyone is one Linux or Mac and sometimes it's just easier to Google "password generator" than remembering

Use uptimerobot to monitor your site. Have a scheduled job that ping healthchecks.io every 5 minutes. Configuration both to email you if anything goes down. These are both reactionary but at least you'll know if things break.
