I wouldn't call this "privilege" in the strict sense of that word. I think the "generational wealth" term that Jason uses is more accurate. This helps illustrate that the basic building block of society/economy

Very true, it would not make a perfectly anonymous voting system, but I think it could prevent some fraud. You could take steps to separate the name from the vote of course. e.g. After the person confirms their identity somehow, give them a

This is true. Without OAuth, I was not able to connect to individual user accounts. I wanted to allow users to display their own upvote/post history (see here: https://www.sizzleanalytics.com/reddit/ ) I was unawar
