You know, 1 star reviews are ok. It's like people want to do anything to keep from a single undeserved 1 star review from happening. What if the same logic was applied to 5 star reviews?

I remember this as more of a Windows Phone thing. From looking at screenshots, the People screen had a What's New tab that may be what I'm remembering. I believe that was intended to pull in latest posts across social media for al

The automatic sync function of the Nextcloud app ends accessing the photos in a way that doesn't include the location metadata of the photo. So the file it puts on your Nextcloud server does not have the location metadata. https:

And if you use Nextcloud on Android to back up your photos, it may have been not syncing the location since mid-December when Google removed certain permissions from the App Store version. I bit peculiar and specific but came to mind and ma

I do an annual one-take video around the house with the family, just talking about what has changed. Open cabinets and show what is in them. Talk about what is going on that week and what you are looking forward to. It usually goes for 20-3

It is an arms race that will end poorly for everyone. Whatever the legit companies do to make their links work Good guys send out email links -> Bad guys start sending out email links -> Security scanners start checking link contents

Difficult to say. That could conceivably fit in one rack of 60 compute nodes (1/2U size) at 200VMs per node, leaving 15U for networking and SAN. Maybe $100/year/VM (rough cost of a lower-end cloud VM like EC2, droplet, etc.

For something vaguely similar, as in a meticulous way of making a 3D object out of 2D materials with fine details, I recommend the Metal Earth products (puzzles?) as I find them to be quite rewarding. The complexity is probably two orders

Gracenote is owned by private equity and has limited availability of data. I prefer to encourage the use of more open data. MusicBrainz or Discogs would have been better choices than Wikidata based on quantity of entries. Though in 5 min

Use the Spotify artist ID[0] to find the Wikidata entry, and then grab the Tidal artist ID from the Wikidata entry to match the correct artist on Tidal. Even better if you use album IDs. (Brain explodes if you could use a song ID.) Realis

I'm pretty sure Aureal A3D was featured on my family's Compaq Presario 5150[0] back in 1998. The speakers were decently sized units mounted on the side of the 17" CRT and powered straight from the soundcard via 3.5mm plug wh
