Oh man, this really brings back memories. I can't tell you the number of weekends that I spent at the local arcade playing Pac man, Donkey Kong, Defender, Robotron 2048, Q*Bert, and countless other games.

I just commented on the same thing. This person is amazing. I can't imagine being his wife or kid. On the empathy front, I can't agree more. Who the hell would want to work for a person that can't sympathize with going home

Thank you for pointing this out. Most of the posts I see here are all work, work, and more work. That kind of mindset might work for someone in there 20s and early 30s with no wife or kids. But once you have a family, I think your mindset

I would not use Facebook and Amazon when comparing margins and profit. Both of these two companies aren't even in the same universe right now with Apple. Google is the only company that can play with Apple and Microsoft. Last time I check

I completely agree with your statement, but what is the alternative? Dell? Look at most PC manufacturers based in the United States and they've been completely decimated by the race to the bottom in prices. I'm not a fan of Apple's pricing

Good luck with your suggestion. We're almost two years into switching over from waterfall to Agile/XP and I can tell you that it can be painful. Wait until your first meeting, when you are asked why are your story points are down for this
