Oh, will you elaborate on the pitfalls? :) I have just started using C# with RX extensions to do some ui work, and so far I liked it. But I have never utilized RX directly on managing event-streams, mostly for binding changing data to vario

Long time ago (~7 years ago, while at high-school), I have used pm-wiki[1] for a small lab-team (~10 ish people) to collaborate on our research projects :-) We eventually moved to tarballs and emails, but wiki was really easy to setup, had

It ... depends? If your rake|make tests last few minutes, you probably can do without CI just fine. I am working Q/A, and each night we run install tests on latest repo, i.e. provision a clean machine, run the install script, check all

To be honest, best way so start FP, is to have project where you are forced to do FP :) In my case it has been a quite an awesome small selenium test-framework written in clojure I needed to use, while working for RedHat :) Just pick a proj

Man, I have so many questions :) Why not just use the haskell version? What did you use to check the haskell version? What did you use to check that C implements what haskell implements? Edit: I have read http://ertos.nicta.com.a

Actually, I almost feel, that in the czecho(-slovak) tradition, it almost is that way. There is a pattern, where often you have at least two universities, and one of them would be branded "technical". I.e. Charls University and Cz
