Just want to plug that it's worth the money. I mastered all sections of the vim course and it has definitely proven me useful over the last year. I don't normally develop in vim, but IDEAVim for Intellij products seems to be enoug

While you're at it a style guide may be in order. Try to convert your team's current patterns into the set of new patterns that you think are better. This would help to give others a sort of rosetta stone while they're making

Thanks for the reply. I was actually looking for more of an abstract solution. Tools are great and all but building processes and architecting a better way to log bugs is more important.

I had the same question too. tmux is great when you don't have iterm available. You can split your terminal out into new sessions in iterm.
