also as a side note, this website is a side project since i have a fulltime job and since it's 3 of us, the money isn't sufficient to just let it sit and live off of and we don't have enough time to put into it to take it to the next level.

doing SEO is not as complicated as you think. read a few books and you can do it yourself -target main keywords - have proper titles - validated html files - BACKLINKS to your site from valid sites (pr4+). this will help increase your page

a word of advice, NEVER go with SEO companies that approach YOU. it should always be the other way around. usually the ones approaching you end up taking your money and because of the nature of SEO it may take several months before you real

looks good and very helpful. one thing i would add is the ability to add a logo beside the "company name" as a lot of people want their logo on their invoices. other than that, looks pretty good. GJ and nice domain!

i would calculate the difference between their registration date and their last login. then i would add an extra criteria to make sure out of those the registration date is at least a month old so you would get the number of active users in

thanks for the comments. i'll check out Flippa. seems like there is a lot of lower end websites selling there though. i could only find 6-7 sites selling over 100K.
