Ah ok - sounds like a double NAT then, not a bridge. Edit: to go into more detail, their router is acting as a NAT for your public IP, giving you your first subnet, and then your router is getting a single IP on that subnet and creating a N

As someone who doesn’t have ATT as an option here, clearly they can’t be that blatant about it?! How did they spin this $10 fee?

So are you bridged then or is it really a double nat?

Forgive me if this is naive, but why not trigger a lambda for each message separately? I think they’ll automatically reuse lambdas instead of spinning down

It looks like they don't sell to consumers - do you know of any products that use this technology?

I opened this expecting Python to allow you to define custom import handlers at runtime, but this is cool too.

A Hello wastes my time, but sometimes I go along with it to see if that's what they really wanted - maybe they didn't have a question after all, and when I have time I'm happy to have a friendly chat: them: Hello *h

I am just as annoyed at this as OP is, and yes when someone does this to me I mute their thread/messages. This is fine for me, but keep in mind you will get much slower replies from me since I will no longer see notifications for your

Do they make these that have normal 5-15R plugs on them that don't need custom wiring?

As far as power surges go, I always put a ZeroSurge in front of my UPSes - they have saved the day more times than I can count.

To be fair, there is no supported way to uninstall a .app with all of the scattered files, either (all of the things it places in ~/Library to run, like preferences). For me, AppCleaner is one of the first things I download on a new ma

Would credit card extended warranties and protection result in a charge back? I thought the credit card companies paid these out as benefits, and usually reserved for cards with annual fees.

Yes, so isn't it much easier for you to quickly identify a call as likely spam if it is from the "other state"? :)

Just to clarify, this would only be a problem if the user had network extensions installed (and potentially lots of them, depending on implementation)? It could have negligible impact if the video editing workstation didn't have these

Refreshing the inbox tab is very hit or miss: one refresh I'll see a message, next refresh it will disappear. Often when I receive a message, going into the chat view does not display the message until after multiple attempts.

Fair, but seems inconsistent to have `fn` instead of `function` like we use for anonymous functions - unless `fn` acts like an alias to `function` now (which doesn't sound like is the case) which wouldn't be as ambiguous for the c

Could you expand on this a bit? Might be traveling via Amtrak soon to/from Penn and would like to make the experience a bit smoother. I've been on NJT once before but didn't notice anything about Amtrak on those platforms.
